The purpose of this site is to keep Cowlitz County residents and the larger SW Washington community informed of local real estate market trends and to serve as a valuable knowledge resource for content related to buying and selling a home, remodeling, maintenance, energy savings, etc. This site is managed by Aman Wasu, a Prudential Northwest Properties broker licensed in the State of Washington.

Aman’s mission is “To provide professional and prudent representation to clients and achieve success through superior industry knowledge, collaborative partnerships and innovative marketing”

After traveling the West coast as a business consultant for a long time helping corporate clients implement new processes and systems, Aman decided to call the Longview area home in 2007. As a real estate professional, he continues to make an important contribution to the growth of our community.

When Aman is not assisting clients in the fulfillment of their real estate needs, he is pursuing his passion for promoting growth of the local business environment as an Ambassador for the Kelso Longview Chamber of Commerce and helping local kids by participating in fundraising events and community service with the Longview Kiwanis

Aman is also an avid tennis player with a competitive spirit. A typical Sunday will find him vanquishing his opponents with accurate volleys and scathing shots down the line. Other time is spent at home with family and two canine companions, Annie and Rooey. Annie is a Rat Terrier and the older and wiser of the two while Rooey, a Boxer, feels the ‘need for speed’ and is a rambunctious devil in disguise.
